A World in Bloom at Printworks
Printworks will be transformed this Bank Holiday weekend for the Manchester Flower Festival (23–26 May), with breathtaking floral-themed visuals blooming across Europe’s largest digital ceiling. Inspired by flowers from across the globe and the bold balloon art of Jeff Koons, the immersive display will feature everything from tulips and daffodils to lotus flowers and roses – with a playful balloon bee bringing a touch of whimsy to the show.
On the ground, a striking tulip installation will take centre stage in the Pumpyard – perfect for that must-have festival selfie.
On Saturday 24th May, visitors can also enjoy free 30-minute bouquet-making workshops hosted by renowned local florist David Wayman. Budding florists of all ages are invited to get creative and craft their own personalised arrangements. Sessions will run hourly from 12pm to 4pm on a first-come, first-served basis.
