Say hello to Printworks new senior management team
We recently completed our £21M refurbishment which saw the unveiling of the largest digital ceiling in Europe in March.
The relaunch has delivered record footfall of 60% increase in footfall year on year in the immediate launch period.
However, the transformation is still ongoing, with the announcement of a new senior management team!
A New Vision Awaits…
Printworks managing agent Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Dan Davis as centre manager and Kristian Brennan as marketing manager. Both have extensive experience in leisure, retail, and hospitality in the North West.
Dan Davis, with over 18 years in retail and centre management, previously managed Manchester’s Corn Exchange. He will lead the onsite team to deliver the scheme’s future vision in collaboration with tenants and stakeholders.
Kristian, formerly an account director at one of the most successful native Northern agencies in the sector, brings a strong background in national retail and hospitality brands.
