From 26th – 28th September, visitors can experience the all-new, obsessively engineered Velvetiser® first-hand, craft their very own velvet-smooth drinking chocolate, and chat with Hotel Chocolat’s expert chocolatiers.

Open daily in our Pumpyard from 8am – 7pm, it’s your chance to discover the magic behind the perfect cup of chocolate.
