Moving more for our Mental Health!

Being active is important for our mental health, but so many of us struggle to get enough exercise. We know there are many different reasons for this, so this Mental Health Awareness Week we want to help people to find moments for movement in their daily routines.

We’ve partnered with our resident gym Nuffield Health to bring you an innovative approach to boosting your mood through movement.

The Power of a Lunchtime Boost!

Get ready for a fitness experience like no other! We’re working with Nuffield Health to run a series of rejuvenating lunchtime fitness classes under Europe’s largest digital ceiling throughout World Mental Health Week (13th – 19th May).

Visit the Printworks pumpyard area for FREE taster sessions of just a small selection of all the amazing fitness classes offered by Nuffield Health:

  • Monday 13th May 12:30 – 13:15 – Mindful Meditation & Breath Work
  • Wednesday 15th May 12:30 – 13:00 – HIITSTEP
  • Friday 17th May 12:30 – 13:15 – Vinyasa Yoga

We’re even turning up the zen with soothing sounds and eye-catching visuals on our new digital ceiling, taking your fitness experience to new heights while giving your mental health a major boost!

Nuffield Health will also be giving out discount offers for non-members to join up and keep the good mood flowing! So, whether you stop by on your lunch break, or happen to just be walking through, take the opportunity to add a little movement to your daily routine for some feel-good vibes!
