The Personal Best Programme is a unique 12-week programme to help you improve the way you eat, sleep and move. From a better diet, to improved sleep, and increased physical activity, all included in your membership at no extra cost.
You’ll be guided by your own Wellbeing Personal Trainer who’ll set goals, provide advice and develop a personalised action plan to help you build long-term positive habits. Your first appointment includes a health check to get your baseline measurements and set your goals, which is monitored and then repeated at the end of the programme to show you the progress you’ve made.
