Student Competition Terms & Conditions

How to Enter

• Visitors can enter the competition by completing the entry form: Printworks Student Artwork Competition 2026
• No purchase is necessary to enter.

Competition Period

• The competition entry period runs from 12th May – 20th July, as specified by Printworks.
• Winner will then be chosen, along with two runners up in early August.

Eligibility

• Entry is open to all students aged 16 and over.
• Proof of age may be required before a prize is awarded.

Entry Limits

• Students may enter multiple designs.

Prize Information

• Winner will receive the opportunity to see their design come to life on Printworks Manchester’s digital ceiling, along with a Apple 11″ iPad (2025) and Apple Pencil (USB-C).
• Winner MUST be able to visit Manchester / Printworks to work with digital designers to , and for a photography with their design once completed.
• Two runner-ups will be offered vouchers from the Printworks tenant mix.
• Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative of equal or lesser value.
• Printworks reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of similar value if required.

Winner Selection & Notification

• Winner will be selected by a panel of Printworks staff and designers.
• Winners will be contacted using the details provided on entry.
• If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within the timeframe specified by Printworks, Printworks reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• Winner MUST be able to visit Manchester / Printworks to work with digital designers to , and for a photography with their design once completed.

Data Protection

• Personal data collected for this competition will be used solely for administering the competition and contacting winners.
• All personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Liability

• Printworks accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, or cannot be submitted due to technical issues.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Printworks shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by participation in the competition or use of a prize.

General

• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• Printworks reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition if circumstances require.
• The decision of Printworks regarding any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
